Available Kitties:
Goose- approx 10 years
Goose came to us with a group of other FIV+ kitties almost three years ago. Don’t let his age fool you though, this guy still thinks he’s a kitten. Sometimes he gets the zoomies and can be seen running around the cafe! After he gets that energy out, he does love to settle down and snuggle up for some chin scratches. He’s not a huge fan of other kitties but doesn’t seem to mind them as long as them give him his space. He’s a handsome good boy who’s really sweet once you get to know him! He is toothless, and FIV positive, but that doesn’t mean he can’t live a full and happy life (you can read more about FIV here). Adoption Fee: $80 |
Nani - approx 5 years
Nani is a sweet, silly girl. She raised her 5 babies in foster and is now looking for a home of her own! She is very affectionate and likes pets and the occasional snuggle. She also loves playing and ribbon toys are her favorite! She doesn't seem to love other kitties getting too close to her - but might do okay with different animals. She mostly does her own thing, and LOVES watching the birdies on the cat TV, and playing with string toys! Adoption Fee: $80 |
Gretchen - approx 15 years (with foster)
Gretchen is a beautiful senior lady, fun and with a sassy side! She prefers things to be on her terms and you will then be rewarded with her affection. Some call this “Tortie-tude”! But, after 15 yrs she just knows what she likes and what she wants. Nothing wrong with that! She will blossom in an environment that is quiet & stress free, has adults or respectful older children, and allows for window watching & lounging. A gentle approach and allowing her to bond on her own timing is key. She will thrive in a home setting with a patient and loving human as an only kitty. Will this human be you?! She eats special sensitive tummy food and takes a daily supplement - so she's living with a foster but if you're interested in meeting this sweet lady - contact us MEOW! Adoption Fee: $80 We are now accepting applications to meet Ol' Gretch! |
Hamilton Babies - approx 2 years
Eliza (B/W, black nose), Peggy (B/W), Lawrence (orange/white), Lafayette (ADOPTED) and Aaron Purr (ADOPTED) are some friends from another rescue (they were all rescued from the same area). They are still learning to trust us humans, but have already come a long way! Lawrence loves to play, and the girls, Eliza and Peggy, are always snuggling up together! Any of these guys would do well in a quiet home where they can learn to trust and let their purrsonalities truly blossom! Adoption Fee: $100 |
Fluffy - approx 3 years
In the year that they have been at the cafe, Jake (grey tabby, ADOPTED) and Fluffy (grey/white, M) have become more comfortable and we have been able to see a little more of their personalities. Both Jake and Fluffy are pretty chill guys who love to snuggle and play. Fluffy can often be found with his best bud James Bean (also up for adoption!) snuggled up next to him or following him around. Fluffy would do well in a quiet home with a buddy where he can be comfortable, he just needs somebody to give him a chance! Adoption Fee: $80 |
Grandpa T - approx 16 years
Grandpa T (aka Pa T or Gramps) is a sweet senior fellow who came to us from another rescue after he was relinquished because his family was moving... this guy needs a second chance at a real forever home! He likes head scritches and will give you kisses and head butts when he's happy! On occasion, he likes using your shoulders as his own personal cat tree. He can often be found on the top of the cat perch by the desk in the cafe. He has claimed it as his own and is not afraid to tell the other kitties to move out of his spot! He can get overstimulated with too much activity or attention, but he'll tell you when he's had enough. Gramps tolerates other cats at the cafe as long as they give him space, but he would like love to have a home all to himself. He would do best in a quiet home without small children. Gramps is FIV positive (you can read more about FIV here) but that doesn't affect his day to day life! Adoption Fee: $80 each |
Gia & Liberty - approx 4-5 years
Gia (black) and Liberty-bibberty (white/tabby) came to us from another rescue after they were found with several other cats living in a cement drain pipe. These shy girls have been through a lot and understandably it has taken them some time to come out of their shells. Slowly but surely we have seen that they are learning that humans aren't so bad. Liberty is still pretty timid and still not sure how she feels about pets, but she LOVES treats and playing with all kinds of toys. You can often find her chilling with her kitty friends in the front room or watching the birds on TV. Gia has learned that she really does like pets, you just have to move slowly and let her sniff you first. She likes to hang out with other kitties in the front room too, and is often snuggled up under the couch or on the giant bed. She's a pro biscuit maker when she's really happy! Both of these girls would do well in a quiet home with another kitty friend. Adoption Fee: $80 each |
Piffles - approx 4 years
Piffles came to us from another rescue after she was found with six other kitties with no food. She has come a long way since then, and she loves to play and get treats! She also loves a good head scratch if you are patient and move slowly with her. Once you get a hand on her, she can't get enough pets! She doesn't mind other cats, but she's not afraid to let them know if she wants a little space from them either. Piffles would do well in a home with or without other kitties and where her people give her time to come out of her shell. Adoption Fee: $80 |
Daddy & Figaro - approx 1 year (with foster)
It was by complete coincidence that Daddy Blackberry (short hair, counterpart to Mama Orange) and Figaro (med hair) ended up in the same foster home at the same time - but these guys became BEST buds! Daddy was terrified when he first came to us, he didn't move much, and he didn't really like getting pet... but when Figaro came along, Daddy decided he wanted to be friends and his confidence grew 10 fold! Now they are inseparable and Daddy loves to cuddle and get pets too! Figaro has been with us since he was a baby and has had some medical issues. He is on some medications but is doing great. On occasion, he gets himself worked up and it makes him have trouble breathing - but he knows how to calm himself down! He just needs to take a break and be calm. These guys would LOVE to find a home together, ask us about them today!! Adoption Fee: $100 each We are now be accepting applications to meet Daddy and Figaro! |
Folklore Babies - approx 1 year
The Folklore Babies— James Bean (slightly floofy black, M), Betty (black, F) and August (black/white, F) —came to us when the family who had been feeding their mama caught James thinking their mama had been hit by a car. We offered to help trap his sisters, and the first cat we trapped was their mama! The whole family is very shy and has been with their foster mama for months adjusting to life inside with humans. Jamesy is the most social of the kittens—he wants to be brave so bad, and picks up on the behaviors of the cats around him. He is the BIGGEST mama’s boy ever (seriously), and he loves to chew on a good cardboard box! August is a bit more shy but LOVES a good churu and likes to talk with her foster mama when she’s in a good mood. Betty is the spiciest bean, but she loves her family and has gotten more brave as she got more comfortable. They would love to find a calm, patient forever home with other kitty friends! Adoption Fee: $100 each |
Dorothea - approx 5 years
Mama Dorothea is the mama of the Folklore babies. She came to us when the family who had been taking care of her as an outdoor feral cat for years reached out to us for help with her kittens and we caught her first! Turns out, she’s only semi-feral and just didn’t like their dogs. They hadn’t been able to catch her for long enough to get her spayed, so she kept having litters of kittens that they were finding homes for—now she’s done having babies and is learning to relax around humans! She is the most tolerant mama ever to her babies, letting them snuggle all over her even now that they’re as big as she is. Her one ear is permanently crinkled—likely due to an old hematoma—but with proper care it doesn’t bother her at all. She likes crunchy treats and will eat them straight out of your hand when she trusts you. She would like a quiet home alone or with one of her babies where she can keep learning to trust people. Adoption Fee: $80 |
Brownie - approx 1 year
Born to Mama Cocoa, Brownie and his siblings (all adopted!) are sweet, very outgoing and playful, and love getting attention from their humans. They love string toys and tiny toys they can chase around! When they're finished playing, they love to settle down for a good snuggle. Brownie is the cuddliest of all! He loves nothing more than to curl up in someone's lap and get pets all day! Adoption Fee: $100 |
Ladybug - approx 1 year
Ladybug is shy, but when she approaches you or you go to her slowly, she's a lovebug! She's a little over a year old and has been through a lot in life - she was found completely matted and full of burrs from living outside, and after a little TLC, she is looking great now! She may take some time to come out of her shell, but when she does, she will make a great best furry friend forever! Adoption Fee: $100 |
Catalicious - approx 1 year
Catalicious came to us as a tiny baby with her parents when they were all left behind by their owners, and we were contacted to help. Her mama Catalina and her other babies have since been adopted, and her dad (daddy blackberry) is also available for adoption (currently in a foster home). Catalicious was so shy initially when she got to the cafe, but she has blossomed and we have been able to see more of her personality. Although still occasionally shy, she is very affectionate and she loves to play! She does great with other cats at the cafe, especially the other shy guys. Catalicious would do best in a home with a kitty friend. Adoption Fee: $80/$150 |
Jayden - approx 3 years (with foster)
Jayden (black and white) and Barley (ADOPTED) were adopted from the cafe a couple years ago and have found their way back to us through no fault of their own. They have been through a lot. Jayden is outgoing, loves people, and belly rubs! He gets stressed out easily so a quiet home would be the best environment for him - as an only kitty if possible! He will certainly love getting all the attention and pets to himself! Adoption Fee: $80 We are now accepting applications to meet Jayden! |
The Supers! - approx 1 year
The Supernaturals came to us as small, scared kittens. With help from their foster mamas and some of their foster friends, they’re now outgoing and love human attention! Jensen (black with purple collar, F) was the most social of the supers. She’s a sweet little meowdel who loves to lay in a good sunspot. Misha (tuxedo, M, ADOPTED) took a little while to come around but is now the most dramatic if he doesn’t immediately get attention. He’s a talker and likes to chew on his foster mama’s toes while she tries to pet him. Jared (black with blue and red collar, M) was the most shy of the supers when we got them and would hide when his foster mama came in the room. Now he’s the first one to run out of the foster room and beg for pets! He’s a big gentle giant, and even tries to snuggle with his foster’s resident cat when he breaks out of his room. They would love to find a forever home with another kitty friend to play with and plenty of human attention. Adoption Fee: $150 each/ 2 for $250 |
Treasure Mama - approx 2 years
Treasure mama was found in the window well of a home with her babies! We were contacted and noticed she had a severely swollen eye and definitely needed medical attention. However, before we could get her and her babies to safety, she took one and hid them under a HUGE deck at the neighbor's house... it took a whole entire day to get them out, but we reunited the family and Treasure mama was an amazing mama to her sweet babies. She is sweet as honey & all she needs to be happy is patience, soft ping pong balls, and encouragement. Her demanding little chirps for food will win any heart, and she truly enjoys the company of a kitty friend once she feels safe in her environment. Treasure doesn’t ever want to be alone, she is still learning to trust people but she wants to be near her person or kitty friend at all times. She would make a wonderful addition to any home. Adoption Fee: $80 |
The Deck Babies - approx 1 year
The Deck Babies were named because after their mama (Treasure) was found in a window well, she grabbed one of her babies and ran and hid under the neighbor's deck! It took ALL day to get them out, but we got mama and all her babies back together again. Opal (dilute tortie, F, ADOPTED) is a super sweet silly girl but is still a bit shy until she remembers she loves pets and feels comfortable in her environment. She doesn’t seem to mind other cats and would do best in a quieter home that’ll give her time to bloom. Ruby (brown tabby/orange on paws, F), Sapphire (brown tabby, M, ADOPTED), Citrine (grey tabby, F, ADOPTED), and Onyx (black long hair, F, ADOPTED) are Opal's siblings, and babies of mama Treasure (with foster)! They are all super sweet kittens, though they might take a little time to warm up to new people. Citrine is the biggest cuddler and Ruby will follow her lead sometimes and snuggle on a lap. Onyx and Sapphire like pets but prefer to lay next to their people instead of on top of them. They are all full of kitten energy and LOVE to play! String toys are their favorite! They would love to be adopted into a home with a friendly cat, one of their siblings, or one of their "Cocoa bean" kitten friends! Adoption Fee: $150 each/ 2 for $250 |
Asiago - approx. 1 year
Brie (black, F, ADOPTED) and Asiago (grey/blue, M) are not true brother and sister but they have spent the majority of their rescue lives together. Asiago is also a very happy, playful boy. He loves to beg for your food and get lots of attention. You will find them playing chase, snuggling and grooming each other around the house. They both get along with small dogs and any other cats they have met in foster. They both had all of their teeth extracted due to painful teeth/inflamed gums. Both do well on dry and canned food. Adoption Fee: $150 each/ 2 for $250 |
Mama Flyer - approx 2 years
Mama Flyer came to us when a previous adopter found her in their flower box after she had kittens. She was the best mama to her sweet babies (the Land Before Time kittens) and is the sweetest girl herself. She is still a bit shy but has been slowly coming out of her shell with her foster mama and really loves a good butt scratch. She seems unbothered by other cats and would do good in a quiet home with someone that will give her time and patience to bloom. Adoption Fee: $80 |
Claire - approx 2 years
Claire is a sweet diva kitty who found her way to us after a horrible injury. The vet later said it looked like a dog bite. It was severely infected and Claire went through a few surgeries to repair her wounds and needed lots of time to heal. She still has stitches on her belly and is still working on healing up the last bit of her injury. Throughout it all though, she's been her sweet sassy self, and is ready to find a home of her own! Adoption Fee: $80 |
Nova - approx 3 years
Nova is a sweet, shy tortie that was found with her two babies in a vacant property's basement in August of 2021. She takes some time to warm up to you and likes to do her own thing, but will headbutt you for chin scratches and will purr when you walk in the room once you've earned her trust. She likes to sleep under blankets and in the cat tree. Nova would do best in a home with no kids or dogs, and we aren't sure if she would do well with other cats. Adoption Fee: $80 |
Oprah - approx 1 year
Oprah is a foster friend who is FIV positive (you can read more about FIV here) but that doesn't affect her day to day life! She is sassy and likes people food! She has experience with small dogs and does fine with them and tolerates other cats, although she's a bit aloof. She does seek out human pets and likes to hang around with her foster mama. Adoption Fee: $100 |
Lash - approx 10 months
Lash was found as a stray with an injury to her face and eye. We thought early on she would lose her eye but it healed enough to still function. She's a typical kitten, sweet and playful. She loves the other cats and small dogs in her foster home. She can usually be found lounging in a cat tree or playing with a toy. She is a little shy at first but if you have good for her she'll be your best buddy. Adoption Fee: $150 each/ 2 for $250 |
Tails - approx 6 months (with foster)
Tails was rescued by a good Samaritan on the side of the road. He suffered a broken pelvis and severe trauma to his tail. After some time on antibiotics our veterinarian removed the part of his tail that was no longer viable. It's about an inch and a half and the skin is still healing. He's a really sweet kitten. Would probably do great in just about any home. Long term it would be best to keep his weight managed due to his pelvis. Adoption Fee: $150 each/ 2 for $250 We are now accepting applications to meet Tails! |
Baggie - approx 4 years (with foster)
Baggie was brought to us by a concerned citizen who thought she was a plastic bag when she saw her get hit by a car! She appeared to have some road rash on her face and was luckily ok otherwise... She's very happy to be warm and safe now, and won't stop making biscuits! She's a little hissy with new cat friends, but fine with her small foster dog friends. She's sweet, and quiet, and would love a calm, loving home. Adoption Fee: $80 We are now accepting applications to meet Baggie! |
A-A-Ron - approx 1 year
A-A-Ron was rescued from a parking lot as a young kitten after a canned food snack and lots of coaxing. He has always been a shy boy but in a small setting he loves all the attention and scratches. He would probably do best in a quieter home with a buddy where he can feel comfortable and have a friend to cuddle with! Catalicous and A-A-Ron can often be found cuddled up together ;) Adoption Fee: $100 |
Puck - approx 8 years (with foster)
Puck was an outdoor stray feed by a nice couple for several months until they feared he medically needed more care. He had a skin infection and an abscessed tooth when we got him to the vet. After his skin improved and the infection in his mouth was better he had a dental. He's a very nice older boy. He's still acclimating with the other animals in foster but with enough time he should do fine in most homes. Adoption Fee: $80 We are now accepting applications to meet Puck! |
Flitwick - approx 7 months
Flitwick is a plush little guy who knows all about charms and how to use his. That's not all he uses his big brain for, though. He loves to play with puzzle toys, explore, and "hunt" the bits of food that escape from the food dish. When he's done exercising his mind, he enjoys snuggling up with you and cleaning your hair. He is friendly with other cats and would do well in any home, though he may be a little too friendly for cats who like a lot of space. Adoption Fee: $150 each/ 2 for $250 |
Poppy - approx 8 months
Poppy is very attentive and loves to check in with you. She will lower her head and make eye contact to get your attention. She is generally quiet but will give a little meow if you don't look into her stare. She loves to be right next to a person for pets, but not necessarily in their lap. She's quiet, yet sassy. She enjoys other cats, though she will tell them off if necessary. Adoption Fee: $150 each/ 2 for $250 |
Tonks - approx 7 months
Tonks was found in a corn field as a little bottle baby. She is small in stature and huge in personality. She is always busy orchestrating the mischief of her peers and has no time for love....until she receives a scratch behind the ears. Then she melts into a lovable ball of purring fluff. Tonks loves other cats and will definitely need another in the house to be her minion, we mean, companion. Adoption Fee: $150 each/ 2 for $250 |

Bruce (black, M, ADOPTED) and his sister, Chum (black and white, F), were found after Brucey was hit by a car and caught in a field. A few days later, we caught his sister too! The Box Babies pt. 1 - approx 1 year
The box babies all came to us in a box from a pipe - people picked up the pipe covered at both ends and slid them into a box. They came from the same place as the always sunny crew... the mom's were strays around an apartment complex. Soapbox (orange tabby, F) and Skybox (orange and white tabby, F) are still very shy, but are learning to play with people and their kitty friends at the cafe! A shy guy, he takes a little while to warm up because but once he feels comfortable, he will be an amazing addition to your family. Glenn will groom your hair and demand scratches when you sit down, and is especially good at making appearances in Zoom meetings. He loves to play with cat toys but his favorite thing is his cardboard scratcher. Glenn is not comfortable around other cats at the moment due to a difficult situation with his former home. He likes people of all ages as long as they move slowly at first. He would do best in a home with older kids and no dogs. Adoption Fee: $80 We are now accepting applications to meet Glenn! |

Harley Mama - approx 1 year
Mama Harley came to us when a good Samaritan found one of her babies in the parking lot of their building at just a few days old. After the rest of her babies were found, mama tried to take them back from us and hide them in the cover of an unused motorcycle across the parking lot. Eventually we got all of the babies back and caught Harley so we could give her a safe, warm place to raise them. She is a sweet, shy young mama who absolutely loves to snuggle once she’s comfortable with you. She needs a few days to warm up to new spaces, but when her kids aren’t hogging both her space and yours, she’ll headbutt you for ear scritches and even sit behind you to help style your hair. She chirps and trills to tell you she’s happy and comfortable. Mama Harley would do well in a quiet home by herself or with other calm animal friends. Adoption Fee: $100 |
The Biker Beans - approx 7 months (with foster)
The biker babies came to us when a good Samaritan found one of the babies by herself in a parking lot at just a few days old. We went out and got the rest of her family—including mama!—from where their smart mama had hidden them from the elements inside the cover of an unused motorcycle. Tesla (black, white chin & mustache, F) was the first baby we got and the most independent, if a bit shy. Tes likes a good comfy bed and snuggling with her siblings. Mustang (black, white chin, F) is sassy and the more outgoing of the two sisters. Stang is equally happy to snuggle or play depending on what the mood in the foster room is. Bentley (B&W, nose freckle, M) is the biggest ham. He needs all of the attention all the time, and he’s not the least bit shy asking for it. Cadillac (B&W, M) is the troublemaker of the group. Even when he crawls under the blanket to snuggle, Caddy always wants to chew on toes instead of cuddling calmly. Royce (B&W, M) is the mama’s boy, typically preferring to follow Mama Harley and snuggle with her even when she wants her space! They’d love to find homes with kitty friends to snuggle pile with! Adoption Fee: $150 each/ 2 for $250 We are now accepting applications to meet the Biker Beans! |
