Hamilton Babies - approx 6 years
Eliza (black/white), Peggy (BRB), and Lawrence (orange/white) came to us as friends from another rescue. They were part of a group of strays that had all been rescued from the same area. Their siblings Aaron Purr and Lafayette have already been adopted. Lawrence (ASK ABOUT MEETING ME) is the sweetest boy. He loves to be around other kitties, especially his sisters Eliza and Peggy. After our move to our new location, Lawrence developed a “rodent ulcer”—often caused by environmental allergies... since being on a limited ingredient diet, his lip has been MUCH better! While he was in his foster home, his foster human said he loved to chirp and talk with you. He is a playful and social kitty who really loves to be with other people and kitties. He’s back at the cafe now, just in our med room so he can stay on his special diet. Lawrence deserves his very own forever home, ask to meet him today! Eliza and Peggy are still very shy but they are tightly bonded. They can basically always be found together at the cafe—they eat together, sleep together, play together. Although they aren’t too keen on pets yet, they love to play. The way to their hearts is with string toys and treats. These girls need a home were they can learn to trust and let their personalities truly blossom. Adoption Fee: $80 each |

Secret - approx 3 years
Secret (tortie) and her sisters, Odette (ADOPTED) & Antoinette (ADOPTED), were found outside an eviction home with her momma. Secret is the shyest of the group and will need some time to adjust to a new home environment, but she is a big fan of springs and string toys. She also has yet to find a kitty she can’t befriend. She would do great in a patient home with a brave kitty to show her the ropes. Adoption Fee: $80 |

Growler - approx 4 years
This sweet handsome boy is Growler... He is looking for a very special home!! He's funny, and sweet, and a great snuggler (he sometimes lets his foster human hold him like a baby!!), but unfortunately, he has a habit of getting overstimulated and because he doesn't know what to do, he plays a little too hard, and can bite a bit. We started him on kitty Prozac, and he has been calmer so far! He loves to cuddle, and play, and he is a sweet cute boy who just needs the right environment and the right person and/or friend kitty to be successful and have a happy healthy life. That environment probably has no kids, and a person who FULLY understands his behavior, and how to help him be a good boy. He would probably get along great with another kitty who could match his playful energy, but hold their own when he plays too hard. Cats don't behave how they behave for no reason. Growler just needed some help and needs to find the right home where he can thrive! Adoption Fee: $80 Growler is an office cat, and can sometimes be found in the cafe lobby during open hours! |

|
Fang - approx 5 years
Fang came to us when the humans who had been feeding him noticed that he had an issue with his mouth—one of his 'fangs' was indeed showing and he would drool and had trouble eating, because his bottom jaw was broken clean in half! Luckily, he's healed up now and doing much better, and learning to trust his foster human! Fang is pretty shy and plays aloof like he doesn’t want any human attention, but he does love a churu and will very subtly get up, stretch, and move around to let his foster mama know he would like some when one of his foster buddies is getting treats instead. He has gotten to the point of accepting ear scritches while eating his churu, or scratching wand pets when his treat is gone. He still hisses if you move too fast or try to handle him too much, but he’s pretty laidback if you respect his boundaries. Fang is FIV positive (you can read more about FIV here), but that doesn’t mean he is any less deserving of finding a great family! He’s missing most of his teeth—including his namesake fang—but eats kibble just fine. He will do well in a quiet home with someone interested in helping him open up, and does well with other cats. Adoption Fee: $80 |

|
Dale - approx 3 years
Dale (M, b/w) is the last of the stoop kids litter. Since he was a young guy he struggled with what veterinarians thought was pneumonia so we went through different medications trying to help him. Eventually he gained a belly full of fluid and we realized we were dealing with FIP. He went through his treatment and came out on the other side healthy! Dale was always the least social of his litter. He has the quirkiest personality. He's GREAT at playing hard to get. He's going to need a patient home that will let him come around on his own terms. He's fun and hilarious- kind of a court jester. He will win you over with his goofy personality and adorable meow. Adoption Fee: $80 |

Bullseye & Lydia - approx 4/6 years
Bullseye (BRB) came to us after a week of avoiding our traps when he had a blowdart sticking out of his head. Luckily, the dart missed all of the important parts and he just needed the wound cleaned up and a place to heal. This boy is understandably hesitant when it comes to people, but we discovered early that he is a very gentle and brave baby when offered his favorite treats—churus! Bullseye is smart and scared, big talk and soft paws. He sees his more social friends interact with humans and has gotten more willing to try, even if he has to smack your hand (without using claws!) before he’ll sniff it. He’s a cats’ cat who will thrive in a quiet, patient home with his bonded girlfriend Lydia and maybe some other brave cats who can model brave behavior for him! Lydia (DLH tuxie F) was trapped with several other semi-social cats and moved to another foster for more socialization, where she met her bonded boyfriend Bullseye. She is the prettiest queen of her castle and she knows it. She latched onto Bullseye almost immediately, not least of all because she was tired of socialization techniques pushing her boundaries. Lydia is an absolute fiend for churu treats, and she’s happy to coexist with people—though she still needs to be bribed to allow pets. She’ll be a pest to get what she wants and doesn’t appreciate it when other cats turn the tables on her or try to play too rough back. She will do well in a quiet, patient home with her boyfriend Bullseye and maybe other cats who will respect her rule as queen. Adoption Fee: $150 (pair) |

Eric & Frankie - approx 4/3 years
Eric (tabby M) is a chunky brown tabby who is a little confused about kitty behavior. He hisses at people as a way to say hello. He likes to play with pretty much any toy and is a big snuggler. He appreciates a good can of wet food and treats, too! He gets along well with other cats but can be a bit jealous if they're getting attention and he's not. He's also pretty accustomed to big dogs. He has a tiny meow that is comedic compared to his size! Frankie (grey/white, F) is a female gray tabby and white that loves attention and snuggles. She's the kind of kitty that'll snuggle under the blankets on cold days. She might take a second to warm up but enjoys belly rubs and back rubs. She lived with dogs but tends to hide when they're around because she had a close encounter with a coyote as a kitten before coming to her foster. She enjoys the company of other cats, though! Eric and Frankie are a bonded pair! Adoption Fee: $150 (pair) |

Lil Sweetie - approx 9 years (ask about meeting me)!
Lil' Sweetie (torbie, F) is a soft soul with just a few teeth left. She does best with both wet and dry food available, but we haven't told her she's not ferocious with her few teeth. We let her think she's still as capable as a cat with all their teeth! She loves head scratches more than anything. She loves to snuggle and plays with plenty of toys. She does get stressed easily, though and her tummy takes the brunt. She enjoys having kitty friends but if there are dogs around, she'll hide until she's sure they're respectful of her space. She enjoys snuggle. She's truly a princess waiting for her throne! Adoption Fee: $80 Lil Sweetie lives in her own room at the cafe - Let our staff know if you are interested in meeting her for potential adoption! |

Jameson - approx 11 years
Jameson is a resilient Irish soul with a story as unique as his name. Once a stray, he wandered the world with a spirit of adventure and a heart full of courage. Life may have left him without teeth and he is FIV positive (you can read more about FIV here), but it certainly hasn’t dulled his zest for mischief and cozy comforts. His favorite thing to do is lounge around the cafe in his bed only to wake when he smells something good to eat. He's got a silly meow that doesn't match his size that's sure to charm anyone that meets him. Despite his rough start, Jameson's spirit remains unbreakable — a true testament to the luck of the Irish. Adoption Fee: $80 Jameson is an office cat, and can sometimes be found in the cafe lobby during open hours! |

|
Hubert - approx 5 years
Hubert is a ham of a boy who really thinks he might be friendly but he chickens out. If you enter the room and call out "Whoo-bare!" He'll meow and walk up to you and sniff your hand. He's extremely close to wanting to wrap around your legs, and he'll be an absolute sweetheart once he comes around the corner. He is FIV positive (you can read more about FIV here), but he gets along with every cat he meets and doesn't have a single complaint in the world! He might be one of his foster's favorites. Adoption Fee: $80 |

|
Ivan - approx 1 year
Ivan (handsome grey gentleman) is a strays who was found by a good samaritan. He's not the biggest fans of humans just yet – think of him as an introvert who prefers the company of other cats over cuddles with people. But, if you’ve got other feline friends and a steady supply of treats, Ivan will be your cats' favorite roommate. He's playful, curious from a distance, and loves to watch the world go by from a cozy perch. With time, patience, and a cat-savvy home, he could blossom even more – but we think he's already perfect just the way he is. Adoption Fee: $100 |
|
|
Beaver - approx 2 year
Beaver is a gentle tuxedo cat who came to us from a county shelter with an injured front leg-hence his name! Though he was shy at first, he's blossomed into a sweet, affectionate boy in his foster home. He enjoys quiet time, and getting gentle head scratches from people he trusts. His leg has healed well and doesn't need special care-he gets around just fine! Beaver would thrive in a calm, patient home and does well with other mellow cats. If you're looking for a quiet, loving companion with a brave little heart, Beaver might be the one for you. Adoption Fee: $80 |

Rajah - approx 1 year
Rajah (orange tabby) was found with his sister Raya (ADOPTED) outside an apartment complex as a tiny kitten. After thriving in a loving foster home, he's ready for a life of luxury in a forever home of his own. He's been raised around dogs and other cats, but is still learning how to be one himself. He's a little shy right now, but is slowly gaining his confidence and will be ready to greet people with his whole self soon! He's cuddly and friendly, and loves to play. Adoption Fee: $100 |

Sonic Mama - approx 7 years
December 2024, we got a message about a cat dumped at Sonic, but soon found out that Sonic Mama (DLH, F) had actually been living there for YEARS (based on Facebook posts dating back to 2021!), surviving on mozzarella sticks and kindness from a few compassionate employees. She is a smart girl, and was able to avoid our traps for a while, but we finally caught her and her baby, Pepper (ADOPTED) and they're now all vetted, fed, warm, and safe!! Now, this smart, resilient, and gentle soul is ready to trade in parking lots for a cozy window perch and a forever family. Sonic Mama is a little spicy at first, but once she knows you're kind, she leans in for affection and loves soft blankets and calm voices. Her days of surviving are behind her—she’s ready to start living. She likes being around other cats, and would most likely thrive in a calm, quiet forever home where she won't have to worry or be hungry ever again! Adoption Fee: $80 |

Arthur - approx 9 years (with foster)

Baby Old Lady - approx 16 years
Baby came to us after her owner moved into assisted living and could no longer care for her. At about 16 years young, Baby is embracing her golden years with grace, charm, and a little bit of sass. She enjoys attention on her terms — she'll come for pets and affection when she’s ready, and she’ll "politely" let you know when she’s had enough. Baby is a true connoisseur of the simple pleasures: basking in the sun from a cozy window perch, curling up in a perfectly sized box, and savoring tasty treats. She recently got a stylish haircut to help manage her long coat, and she's feeling so much better now — soft, sleek, and comfy! Baby would absolutely thrive in a calm, quiet home where she can relax, be loved, and enjoy the peaceful retirement she deserves. If you’ve got a sunny window and a warm heart, Baby just might be your perfect companion. Adoption Fee: $80 Baby is an office cat, and can sometimes be found in the cafe lobby during open hours! |

Tiger Lilly - approx 8 years (with foster)
Tiger Lily is a very sweet and loving girl who enjoys being brushed and taking care of her fluffy coat. She spends many hours making sure she is extra fluffy and soft by grooming, when she's not watching the outdoor life. Though she like pets and being brushed, she's not much of a fan of being held. Don't let her appearance fool you, Tiger Lily a very squeaky mew when she's excited. She was nervous at first when taken to her foster home, but she learned to relax and enjoy watching the birds outside and being petted. She likes to play with mice and springs, and will keep herself entertained between looking outside and also with the automatic toys, but napping by the window is her favorite! She is looking for a quiet home, though she is okay with other cats with a proper introduction. Adoption Fee: $80 Now accepting applications to meet Tiger Lilly! |

|
Albert - approx 10 years (with foster)
Albert came to us from a county shelter that was housing several older, sweet cats who had been waiting for homes for quite some time. When Albert arrived, he had almost no teeth and carried the weariness of shelter life, but he is a very sweet boy, he loves nothing more than a nice human lap! Albert would do best in a calm home where he can settle in at his own pace, and with a little patience, his warm, affectionate nature truly shines! Recently, Albert was diagnosed with asthma, and to make sure he gets the attentive care he deserves, he went home with an experienced foster who is helping manage his condition and keep him comfortable. Adoption Fee: $80 We are now accepting applications to meet Albert! |

|
Fanny - approx 1 year
Fanny (dilute tortie) is the last of the eyeball babies (Cornea, Iris, and Cilia) - she was always smaller but luckily never had the eye issues that her close friends did. Her foster kept her longer because we wanted to make sure she was in good health due to her size, plus she was always the shyest of the group. She got her name because from a young age she wore her friend Corny (ADOPTED) like a fanny pack! She always preferred kitty company, but more and more lately she likes to play hard to get, and loves hanging out in hammocks! She's recently started coming out of her shell and becoming a real cat. Hands are still a little scary, but she loves to meow for attention and accept pets on her terms. Adoption Fee: $100 |
|
|
Glinda - approx 2 years
Glinda (f, tuxedo), although she is a bit standoffish at first, really enjoys snacks, and scritches on her terms! She’s a shy kitty who loves to snuggle with her friends at the cafe and comes out when things have slowed down. She’s a big fan of butt scratches and rolling on the floor for attention. She has made a lot of progress in her foster home and at the cafe! She sometimes will give a hiss, but it seems like her way of meow to her foster human. She is a shy love bug, looking for a patient human, and a calm, understanding forever home! Adoption Fee: $80 |
|
|
The White Stripes - approx 1 year
Born and having lived outside, these three can be skittish. They often have a “deer in the headlights” look but it’s genetic. They don’t mind trustworthy humans and have no problems with other cats. Meg White (BRB) is petite but not to be underestimated! She keeps her brothers in line, but has an independent streak. She’ll snuggle, she’ll play, but she would like a low key environment. Jack White, “Jack Jack” (M) is Meg’s twin but with a slightly bigger build. He is shy but has come a long way. He doesn’t mind pets and would love a place to stretch his legs and play. Big Stripe (M) is a big, shy guy. He doesn’t mind pets and he excels at playing “statue” until he’s comfortable. He would love a quiet home with room to run and play. A patient family is a must. And he’s a talker! Adoption Fee: $100 each |

Mama Chamomile - (with foster)
Introducing the Teahouse Litter: Mama Chamomile and her babies Bergamot, Matcha and Oolong (babies hopefully coming soon!). Chamomile and her babies were found in the Vine Neighborhood. Mama Chamomile was named to manifest a calm personality after living outdoors for most of her young life. While she is still very wary of humans, she does enjoy Churu treats from her fosters and is an engaged mother to her babies. Mama Chamomile can be routinely found on camera playing with and grooming her babies and has done a fantastic job teaching them how to be a cat. She is currently assumed to be positive for FeLV but further testing is needed as we’re unsure of her exact age and would like to determine if her illness is less transmissible or a progressive form where she will need to live with others like her. Adoption Fee: $80 We are now accepting applications to meet Mama Chamomile! |

|
Oak - approx 1 year
Okie Dokie (Oak) is a silly, playful orange kitten, emphasis on the orange! She came to us from another shelter for a second chance - unfortunately we think she didn't have a lot of opportunity to play with other kittens growing up, so she missed out on some of the social skills other kitties have! Sometimes when she gets overstimulated or plays too hard, she responds with a chomp! Her absolute favorite thing to do is hide in tunnels and jump out at other kitties! She also adores string and crinkle toys. She has a tendency to play fast and hard and would thrive in a home with animal friends that can keep up with her energy, and humans that know how to play with her and read her body language to know when she needs a break! Adoption Fee: $100 |

The Vikings - approx 1 year
These guys started life as scared, spicy little kittens. Though they grew quickly, it took a while for them to get comfortable with humans. It still takes a warming period for them to learn to trust new people and environments, but they become your purring shadow as soon as they get comfortable. Raze (M, black long hair) is a shy guy who isn't sure about hands reaching toward him, but loves when he is brave enough to get pets. He is on the quieter side and prefers to watch the action before deciding if he wants to participate. His confidence is bolstered by having a friend to scout out fun for him and would do best in a home with one of his siblings or a similarly confident cat. Nefeli (F, Tabby long hair) is a hands-off girl who likes to watch people, but prefers they give her a respectful distance. She is curious about their work and knows they offer tasty treats that are worth letting them in her bubble. It's the touching that she is not so sure about. Far from feral, Nefeli needs a home where she can be her person's quiet shadow while she builds her confidence and trust. With enough Churu and time, she will likely realize her person is a trusted companion, not just a food dispenser with curious habits. Asante (F, Black long hair) LOVES attention. She loves it so much that she often forgets how to get it from humans. She has a tendency to get overstimulated by her own enthusiasm and give a chomp, smack, or hiss to ask for pets instead of a friendly snuggle. She has been working hard to learn better manners and is making progress. She will still need a lot of patience and help to become the cuddle monster she is at heart. She would do best in a home without children. Their siblings Croix and Valkrie were adopted! Adoption Fee: $100 each |

He's not picky - twine, foil balls, pompons, springs, or even fancy toys from the store are all beloved. Leo is also a genius. He solved all his fosters' food puzzles on the first day he got them, and he will do tricks for treats. Leo would do best with a home that can keep him busy and entertained. Adoption Fee: $80 |

Lions Pride Litter - approx 10 months (COMING SOON)
These boys came from a stray mama (who got fixed after she was done taking care of her babies!)! Goff (m, tux dsh - green collar) is a calm boy who likes high places, belly scratches, being held, treats and toys. Hutchinson (m, tux dlh - blue collar) is the friendliest boy. He will request pets, loves being held, belly rubs, climbing to high places, treats and toys. Gibbs (m, cow- black collar) is the smallest boy. He enjoys pets, playing with his brother Montgomery (bonded pair), playing in water, chewing on hair and the biggest lover of treats, and toys. Montgomery (m cow- red collar) loves climbing (sometimes struggles to get down, but he doesn't need your help thank you very much). He is the least lovey of the bunch, but mainly because he doesn't like to be held. He enjoys scritiches, toys, treats and rough housing with brother Gibbs. LaPorta (f, dsh - pink collar) joined the group a couple weeks later and enjoys having other cats around. She will need a playmate. She has a cute little tail. She also likes heights, being held, scritiches, and toys. Of the bunch she likes treats the least. She is also the most demanding of attention. A while after she joined the Lions Pride the coach was introduced. Campbell (f, orange - orange collar) is a bit older. She is friendly, affectionate, (not a fan of butt scritiches) and loves having a sibling to play with. She enjoys pets, toys and treats. She is fine with being held and prefers belly up. They will all be shy for a short time, but I'm sure they will feel right at home in no time. Adoption Fee: $150 each/ 2 for $250 |

Sugar is as sweet and sassy as her name suggests. She LOVES attention, and she's not afraid to be vocal about it. She loves cuddling up in bed, sitting next to her human on the couch, and playing with her favorite toys (mouse toys, yarn, and the occasional slipper). She also loves hanging out by any and all windows and cozy rugs around the house, especially if there's good people-watching (or judging) involved. She's a curious, smart, and social kitty. She's friendly with humans, but would live her best life in a single-cat household with a human who is ready to give her all the attention she deserves (and often demands) but can also read her signals when she needs some alone time! Adoption Fee: $80 We are now accepting applications to meet Miss Sugar! |

Loves his laser pointer toy and playing with his fabric mice. Of everything he enjoys, he loves spending time at an open window with his brother, watching the world go by. Hutch (grey M) is a sweet boy who loves cuddles and tummy rubs. Loves to hang out and monitor his foster Mom when she is working at her desk. Will curl up in a ball, resting his head on her arm as she is working, making sure the computer mouse keeps moving! Loves to be around hanging out, or snuggling somewhere close on a soft blanket in the sunshine. Loves to play with fabric mice and toys that make noise. Will always be on the lookout outside for critters and birds, master bug catcher. Adoption Fee: $80 each |
